Ordering

Is this really handmade?

Yes! Everything here is handmade by me. From design to metal fabrication to soldering to finishing, it is a joy to bring you the work of my hands (and a bunch of awesome hammers, torches, and tools). You can read more about me and my vision for this collection on my "about" page.

How do I order my correct ring size?

If you’re not quite sure which size is right for you, snag one of my handy ring sizers here or swingby a local jewelry counter to size you.

Please note in all my ring listings, it will say if the band/shank is considered "wide" and might require sizing up.

Do you take custom orders?

Yes! I open a limited number of custom order slots per month and would be happy to discuss this option with you.

The process is such a fun collaboration of ideas and the level of attention and design you receive is what allows only a few slots per month for me to manage.

Can you bring my own stones or metal to me? Not at this time.

I can typically source from my own stone collection or vendor network to suit your special requests.

While I primarily work in sterling silver, I also offer 14K gold details.

Can you bring your own stones or metal to me? Sorry, Im not set up to offer this option at this time.due to insurance limitations.

Can I arrange local pickup?

Sure! If you live locally to Richmond VA and would like to pickup instead of waiting for the mail, just reach out and we can arrange a time for your order pick-up. If you already paid for shipping, I can refund it. Just contact me.

How do I know my order was received?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that I have received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns. 

Can I cancel my order?

I completely get it, I change my mind too! I have a 24 hour cancellation window. If you have a change of heart within 24 hours of purchase time and before you receive a shipping notification, you can request to cancel your order.

Should the item ship and/or you miss the 24 hour cancellation window, you can request a return within 14 days of item delivery date. As a reminder, customer is responsible for shipping costs associated with the return. A refund be issued, in original payment method, once item is received in original condition to me.

Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

Do you take returns?

Your satisfaction is my priority! If you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return or exchange it within 14 days of delivery date.

Item must also be in original packaging and condition for return eligibility. Shipping fees are non-refundable. 

Unfortunately custom orders, including rings, are considered final sale and cannot be returned.

Please contact me for return address and instructions on your return.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship all over the world with just a few exceptions. International shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.

What does shipping cost?

USA orders

Domestic US packages are shipped flat rate for $4.95 via USPS First class mail. This includes packages with up to 5 items inside.

Priority mail + other shipping upgrades are available upon checkout.

Domestic packages containing orders over $150 ship for FREE on me:)

International order shipping rates and speeds are calculated upon checkout for your region of the world.

How fast is shipping?

Great question!

Fastest shipping is possible on "ready to ship" items. You can find an entire collection of these products here. These typically ship next day.

Made to order items typically take 3-5 business days to turnaround before I can ship.

Shipping speed options can be selected upon checkout for fastest delivery.

All orders will be given a tracking number available to you via email when your order ships.

Can I track my order?

Absolutely! Upon shipment, you will receive an email confirmation of this status change for your order as well as a tracking number.
