Returns : We completely understand that sometimes things just don't work out. If you are hoping to make a return or exchange, please see below for instructions and guidelines.
We have a 14 day return policy. You have 14 days after item delivery to request a return or exchange. Eligibility requires item to be returned in same condition in which it was received, and in its original packaging. Please make your return or exchange request via email. Customer is responsible for shipping costs associated with the return.
Exclusions : Custom orders, including rings ordered in your selected size are considered final sale and are not eligible for return. If your ring is just a smidge too small, please reach out via email as I can normally adjust size up by half to perhaps full size for small fee. Ring sizer can also be purchased in my shop to determine proper size before purchase of rings.
HOW TO INITIATE RETURN:
1. Please email us at cameraSHYcove@gmail.com with Return Request as subject and include your order number along with brief description for return.
2. Await a response email with return approval, address and instructions.
3. Once approved, please package securely in original jewelry box and ship via reputable shipping company. Retain a tracking number for your records.
4. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification of refund in process. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow several business days for this to reflect on your bank statement.
Refunds (if applicable)
Exchanges : Please contact me via email at hillaryburkett@yahoo.com to discuss this option. For exchanges, customer is only responsible to return shipping and cameraSHY cove will cover shipping of new item involved in exchange. Any price difference involved in an exchange will be refunded/invoiced by cameraSHY cove.
Damages / Other Issues : Please inspect your item upon receipt and contact us immediately if it was received damaged or with a wrong item inside. Please include a photograph of issue along with your name and order number our email address noted below so that the issue may be resolved quickly for you.
